2 Chainz Reveals Final Tracklisting For 'Based On A T.R.U. Story'

With two weeks remaining until his solo debut album is released, Def Jam recording artist 2 Chainz has revealed the final tracklisting for both the standard and deluxe editions of Based On A T.R.U Story.

The 13-track standard edition of 2 Chainz’ album will feature guest appearances from the likes of Drake, Kanye West, The-Dream, Nicki Minaj, Dolla Boy, Mike Posner, Scarface, John Legend and Cap-1.

The Based On A T.R.U. Story deluxe edition will include three additional tracks: “Countdown” featuring Chris Brown, ”Like Me”, “I Feel Good”, and “Riot.”

Production on the album is expected to come from Mike Will, Sonny Digital, Kanye West, T-Minus, Lex Luger, Hit-Boy, Lil Jon, and many more.

2 Chainz, who is currently on the road opening for Nicki Minaj on the second leg of her “Pink Friday Tour,” will be hitting the road for his own solo tour beginning on August 30 in Norfolk, Virginia.

Lil Scrappy Released From Jail, Warrant For Arrest Recalled

Lil Scrappy is out of jail, for the time being. Scrappy turned himself into Atlanta police on Tuesday (April 23) after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Dr. Dre 'Inspired' To Get Back Into The Studio

Now that he's got his own degree program at USC, Dr. Dre is ready to get back to music. "I'm more inspired to go back into the studio now," Dr. Dre says in an interview with LA Weekly. "Beats is rolling, this [USC] thing is happening, and it's incredible. Now I'm ready to go back to my first love."

Dre says that the USC program, the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation that he and longtime business partner Iovine donated $70 million to create, will not impact his work on his much-delayed Detox album, though he's not working on that project in particular right now.
